Chasm in Leadership

April 30, 2016 by Gregory Long

Do a simple online search for “leadership” and you will get more than 700 MILLION hits.

700,000,000!  I can’t even get my arms or head around that number.  And, yet, as I look at business articles, politics, education, and almost every other arena in today’s society, there seems to be a chasm in leadership.

The leaders we have are not the leaders we want, and many of us are at a loss to find a leader we trust & respect.  Yet, there are so many resources seemingly available to discuss the topic.  Clearly, there is a disconnect between the sheer volume of leadership resources, and how we use them to improve our own leadership skills, and how to develop new leaders.

Welcome to GregoryLongLeadership.com.  I don’t want to be just one more resource to add to a web search.  I believe there are solid, proven and transferable principles to engage leaders and their teams.

This website, its blog and resources will bring proven strategies and practical ideas to YOUR leadership and challenge you to develop the next generation of leaders for your organization, team or community.

Thanks,

Greg
